Classic Meatball Recipe

This is my go to meatball recipe for spaghetti or appetizers. Simply add your favorite sauce and eat! We also like to freeze for later (the recipe below is for about 24 meatballs!)

What you need

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp parsley

1 shallot

1 cup parmesan cheese
⅛ egg

1 clove garlic

1 cup bread crumbs

1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
Instructions
Mixed everything together in a bowl. Form into a ball (I do mine around 1.5”). Bake at 400 until done, mine took around 25 minutes. Enjoy!!View original recipe
