Classic Stir Fry

We make a lot of Asian style food in our house, but it has been a while since we made a classic stir fry! Let me know what you think!

What you need

cup brown sugar

tbsp cooking oil

tsp red pepper flake

cup water
tbsp cornstarch

clove garlic

lb chicken broth

cup soy sauce

onion

tbsp sesame oil

cup beef
mushrooms

carrot

tbsp wine
Instructions
Cut up the meat, onions, mushrooms, carrots (and whatever else you want to add). For the sauce, add the starch and water and mix well. Then add the rest of the sauce ingredients (Chicken or Beef Broth, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Cooking Wine, Sesame Oil, Red Pepper Flakes, Minced Garlic) and mix. Cook the meat, then remove it from the pan. Add the oil and veggies (onions, mushrooms, carrots) and cook. Add back the meat, add the snow peas, then add the prepared sauce and cook until desired thickness! Serve over rice! Enjoy!!View original recipe
