What you need

cup milk

clove garlic clove

cup heavy cream

tsp salt & pepper

tbsp unsalted butter

bell pepper

tbsp cooking oil

frozen corn

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
In your pan, heat the oil and add the frozen corn. Chop up a pepper and the garlic cloves and add that! Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the butter. Cook for 5 minutes. In a measuring cup, add the milk, cream and flour and whisk together. Pour into the corn and cook until desired thickness. Add the parm, stir and enjoy!View original recipe
