What you need

½ white onion

3 clove
1 lb ground beef

10 oz penne pasta

14 ½ oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 italian seasoning

1 heavy cream
1 salt & pepper

1 red pepper flake
1 grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
0 In a pan, heat the oil and add the chopped onion 1 When translucent, add the garlic and beef. Break apart the beef and cook through 2 In the meantime, add salt to your water and boil your pasta to al dente 3 When the beef is cooked, add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes 4 Reduce the heat, add the heavy cream, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes (optional), stir and simmer on low for a few minutes. Remove the heat, add in the cooked pasta, and toss in the sauce 5 Sprinkle on the fresh parmesan cheese 6 Enjoy!!View original recipe
