Creamy Lemon Shallot Chicken

What you need

clove garlic clove

cup half & half cream

shallot

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp cooking oil

cup white wine

pinch pepper

cup chicken broth

tbsp flour

pinch salt
lemon

cup plain flour
Instructions
Season Chicken with salt and pepper, dredge in flour. Heat oil in the pan and cook chicken through (4-5mins per side). Remove. Heat 2T Butter and cook the shallot, then add the garlic. Pour in the lemon juice, broth and wine. Reduce for 3 minutes. Add 1T Flour and simmer until thick. Pour in cream, add back the chicken and serve!View original recipe
