Creamy Pistachio Pasta

What you need
tsp salt

pepper

tsp red pepper flake

cup heavy cream

tbsp butter

onion

oz pasta

clove garlic clove
cup grated parmesan cheese
fresh basil leaves

lemon

cup pistachio nuts
Instructions
Boil the pasta until Al dente (save pasta water if you need to thin!). Chop up the onion and garlic. Heat the oil and butter and cook the onion for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add lemon juice, pistachios, heavy cream, salt & pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes. Sprinkle in the basil and Parmesan. Add the noodles, toss and serve!
