½ white onion

1 lb italian sausage

28 oz tomato

1 oregano

1 basil
1 salt

1 heavy cream

1 red pepper flake

1 spinach
1 grated parmesan cheese
1 salt & pepper

0 In salted water, boil your pasta until Al Dente 1 In a pan, heat the oil and cook the onion, garlic and sausage. (5-7 minutes) 2 Once cooked through, add the tomatoes, oregano, basil, and salt. Bring to a simmer 3 Add the heavy cream, pepper and red pepper flakes. Return to simmer and then cook for 5 minutes 4 Reduce the heat. Add the cooked pasta, toss. Add the spinach and let it wilt.
