What you need

oz sesame seed

tsp rice vinegar

cup soy sauce

tsp sriracha hot sauce

tbsp honey

clove garlic clove

lb sirloin steak
tbsp vegetable oil

cup corn starch
Instructions
Slice the beef and coat it in the starch. Fry the beef in the oil for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove the beef from the pan. In the same pan, cook the snow peas and minced garlic. In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha to create the sauce. Combine the cooked beef, snow peas, and garlic with the sauce in the pan.
