What you need

cup rice

broccoli
tbsp oil

oz sesame seed

clove garlic clove

tsp table salt

cup bread crumbs

tsp pepper
lb pork tenderloin
egg

tbsp fresh ginger

tbsp rice vinegar

cup brown sugar

cup soy sauce

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp cooking oil

cup corn starch

Instructions
For the Pork: Slice the pork into strips and slice the jalapeños. In a bowl whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the pork. In a bag mix the breadcrumbs and starch. Add the pork and shake to coat. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork and jalapeños for about 4 minutes, remove when golden. Cook whatever veggies you want and some rice! For the Sauce: Add the oil and cook the garlic. Add everything else (ginger, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, green onion) and bring to a simmer.
