Dutch Oven Baked Bread

Combine the water and yeast. In a large bowl add the flour and salt and blend together. Create a hole in the center, pour in the yeast mixture, and mix together until a sticky ball is formed. Cover and rise for 1.5-2hrs. Re-work the dough scraping all edges to the middle. Cover and rise for another 1.5-2hrs. Throw down some dough and work the ball into a bread form. Add to a clean bowl greased and floured and rise for another hour. In the meantime, preheat your over to 450 with the Dutch oven in it. After 45 minutes add the dough to the warmed Dutch oven, cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 10-15. Remove, slice… And Enjoy!
