tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Spicely Organic Dried Oregano Mediterranean (0.15 oz)

tsp dried oregano

cup parmesan cheese

yellow onion

Chef David's Gourmet Sausage, Mozzarella With Artichoke & Garlic

lb sweet italian sausage

cup spinach

black peppercorn

cup heavy cream

Muir Glen Tomatoes Organic Crushed With Basil, 28 oz

oz tomato

oz penne pasta

garlic

tsp salt

tsp dried basil

tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

Boil the pasta til Al dente. In a pan heat the oil and cook the garlic, onion, and sausage (5-7 mins) until cooked through. Add in the tomatoes, oregano, basil, and salt. Bring to a simmer and add the heavy cream and pepper. Another 5 minutes of cooking and in goes the pasta. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Top with cheese and eat!
