tsp seasoned salt

oz shredded cheese

pepper
sausage

cup milk

tater tot
egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, whisk together 7 eggs with 1/4 cup milk. Arrange tater tots and your choice of meat (sausage, bacon, or ham) in a baking dish. Pour the whisked egg and milk mixture over the tater tots and meat. Season with salt, pepper, and seasoned salt to taste. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.View original recipe
