Easy Crockpot Pulled Pork

This recipe makes a fall off the bone tender sandwich that takes minutes to prep. Honestly I don’t know why you’d cook it any other way.

What you need

cup bbq sauce
lb pork shoulder roast

tsp paprika

tsp salt

tsp black peppercorn

oz salad kit
lime
tbsp vegetable oil

jalapeno

tbsp honey

tsp cumin powder

Instructions
Combine 1.5C BBQ sauce, adobo sauce and chipotle pepper in a bowl. Mix the paprika, salt and pepper together and rub on all sides of the meat. Pour out the bbq mixture in the bottom of a crock pot, add the onion, then the pork shoulder. Top with the remaining bbq and cook on low for 8 hours, until pull apart tender. Shred, and add back to the bbq for another hour. Top with slaw and eat!View original recipe
