What you need

cup peanut

cup bean sprouts
egg

chili pepper
garlic

lb skinless boneless chicken breast

tbsp olive oil

tbsp crunchy peanut butter

tbsp sriracha

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp light-brown sugar

tbsp soy sauce
tbsp fish sauce
Instructions
Boil your noodles. Mix the sauce. Add the oil to a wok and cook the chicken, peppers, and garlic. Season with a little salt and pepper and push to half the pan when done. Add the eggs and scramble. Add in the noodles, sauce, sprouts and peanuts. Toss and heat the sauce for 2 mins.View original recipe
