Easy Pesto Pasta - one of our weeknight favorites!

What you need

cup heavy cream

oz pesto

oz pasta

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp olive oil

cup white wine

pt cherry tomato
chicken sausage
Instructions
Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. Cook until blistered, about 4-5 minutes. Add the white wine and reduce by half. Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream. Stir in the pesto and the al dente pasta. If using, add pasta water and cooked protein. Enjoy!View original recipe
