What you need

hash browns

tsp seasoned salt

tbsp unsalted butter

bacon

cup shredded cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking tray, preferably a muffin tray. In a bowl, combine the hash browns, melted butter, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and add the mixture to the muffin tray, pressing down firmly. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and press down again. Add the cooked bacon and crack the eggs over the hash brown mixture. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until eggs are set to your liking.
