green chile

tsp ground cumin

tsp cayenne pepper

lb ground beef

tbsp chili powder

oz fire roasted tomatoes

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

cup enchilada sauce

pepper

Instructions
Brown the beef, add the pepper and garlic. Then the tomatoes, spices, corn, Chiles, and beans. Add 1 cup of the enchilada sauce and heat through. Build the lasagna: Sauce, tortillas, meat mix, cheese, repeat. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and eat!View original recipe
