tsp celery salt

fl oz apple juice

tbsp table salt

tbsp butter
tbsp brown sugar

baby back ribs

tsp garlic powder

tsp pepper

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp chili powder

tsp ground cumin
Instructions
1. Remove the membrane from your ribs. 2. Preheat the oven or smoker to 230 degrees Fahrenheit. 3. Add your binder (like olive oil) to the ribs, then rub the mixed spices all over the ribs. 4. Add the ribs to the smoker. 5. In a saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons of butter and 1/2 cup of apple juice, then add this mixture to the smoker as well (this helps keep the meat moist!). 6. Cook for 90 minutes. 7. After 90 minutes, begin spritzing the ribs with apple juice every 45 minutes. 8. Continue to cook the ribs until their internal temperature reaches 200 degrees Fahrenheit, which typically takes 4-6 hours.View original recipe
