fresh mozzarella

cup beef stock

tbsp water

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp red pepper flake

tsp salt & pepper

onion
Instructions
Tenderize the pork chops with a fork. Season them well with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Let the pork chops rest while the onions are cooking. For the onions, add the oil and butter to a pan. Then add the onions, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook on medium-low heat until golden brown and then remove from the pan. In the same pan, sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side and then remove. Add the broth to the pan and mix in the flour-water mixture. Add back the cooked onions and pork chops. Top with the sauce and then fresh mozzarella. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes for the pork to finish cooking. Remove and serve immediately.View original recipe
