What you need

egg

gluten free flour

baking powder

sugar

salt

wheat beer

qt canola oil
Instructions
1 Heat the oil in a deep pot until 375 degrees (medium high heat) 2 Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl 3 When the oil is hot, dip a cheese curd into to batter and place in oil (can do roughly 7-10 at a time) 4 Once golden brown remove and set on paper towel to catch excess grease 5 Enjoy!View original recipe
