What you need

tbsp flour

tsp salt

tsp oregano

tsp basil

tsp paprika

tsp pepper
tbsp oil

tbsp butter

clove garlic
Instructions
1 Cut the chicken into 1” pieces and add them to a mixing bowl. 2 Add in the flour, salt, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, and pepper. 3 Toss the chicken with the dry ingredients until it is well coated on all sides. 4 In a pan, add 1 Tbsp. oil and 1 Tbsp. Butter. 5 Once melted and hot, add the seasoned chicken. (Make sure they aren’t clumped together but are lying flat and apart.) 6 Cook for 3-ish minutes and flip. They should have a golden brown sear. 7 As they near completion, slightly remove the heat and add the remaining butter and the minced garlic. 8 Toss it all together and eat! 9 Enjoy!View original recipe
