Where are my garlic lovers at?!? This recipe is perfect because it yields delicious infused olive oil and butter! The oil can be used for cooking and dipping dread, the butter can be used on everything!!

Instructions
Confit: In you baking dish add the peeled garlic, Rosemary and fill with oil until covered. Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours and let cool. Strain the oil and save for later. For the Butter: In a bowl add the ingredients, mash together. Roll in wax paper and spread on seafood, steak, or everything!! Enjoy!!View original recipe
