unsalted butter

fresh rosemary

clove garlic clove

Instructions
For the Confit: In a baking dish, add the peeled garlic and rosemary sprigs. Fill with olive oil until the garlic and rosemary are fully covered. Bake at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours and let cool completely. Strain the oil and save for later use. For the Butter: In a bowl, add the 2 sticks of softened butter, a desired amount of the softened garlic cloves from the confit, and chopped rosemary. Mash all ingredients together until well combined. Roll the mixture in wax paper to form a log, then spread on seafood, steak, or anything you desire.View original recipe
