What you need

broccoli

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp soy sauce

lb flank steak
tbsp vegetable oil

shallot

cup water

tbsp table sugar

in fresh ginger

tbsp corn starch
Instructions
Thinly slice the meat. Mix the marinade (2T soy sauce, 2T sugar, 2T rice vinegar) and coat the meat. Next heat the pan and add in the oil. Cook the shallot and ginger for 2 minutes and then remove. Add the beef (and not the marinade sauce) in the hot pan in a single layer. Flip after 2 minutes and cook 2 more minutes, then remove. Cook the rest of the beef in batches, then add all cooked beef back to the pan. Add the shallots and ginger, the veggies (snap peas or broccoli), and then the sauce (2T soy sauce, 1T rice vinegar, 1/3C water, 1T starch).
