1 Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees 2 In a large mixing bowl add the oil and sugar and mix well using a hand mixer 3 Next add in the eggs and bananas and mix until there are no clumps in the batter 4 Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and milk and mix again 5 (optional) add in the chocolate chips and mix again 6 Grease a bread baking pan with oil or spray and pour the bread mixture into the pan 7 Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean!View original recipe
