What you need

fl oz olive oil

bunch basil
tsp salt & pepper

tsp red pepper flake
lb ground beef

tbsp tomato paste

tsp dried thyme

clove garlic clove

cup red wine

cup beef stock

tsp rosemary
Instructions
Chop the veggies, heat oil, and cook. Then add the garlic and beef. Cook until browned. Add the wine, paste, thyme, Rosemary, flakes and stir.
