Gnocchi Chicken Pot Pie

What you need

salt

cup corn

cup peas

cup rotisserie chicken

oz gnocchi

cup milk

cup chicken broth

tbsp all purpose flour

tsp poultry seasoning

tsp thyme

tsp coarse sea salt

tsp pepper

garlic

onion

carrot

tbsp salted butter
Instructions
Shred a rotisserie chicken or cook your own. Chop the veggies. In a pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter and add the carrots and onion. Season with pepper and seasoning salt and cook for 6-8 minutes. Add the garlic, thyme and poultry seasoning and cook for 1 minute. Mix in the flour and slowly pour in the chicken broth. Once simmering add the gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes. Add the peas and corn and cook for 2 more. Add the chicken and milk, warm and serve! Enjoy!View original recipe
