Grilled Chicken and Elote Tacos

Happy Taco Tuesday! If you are looking for a new recipe to shake things up from traditional tacos, give these ones a try!! Grilled up two chicken breast with two different seasonings: @psseasoning El Jefe @spiceology Chile Margarita For the Elote: 2 Cobs of corn (grilled preferably) 1/4C Mayo 1/4C Sour Cream 1/2t Chipotle Chili Powder 1T Lime 1/4C Cotija Mix Mayo, sour cream, chili powder, and lime together. Grilled the corn and slather on the mixture. Sprinkle on the cheese and cut off the cob! Enjoy!!

cob corn

cup sour cream

tbsp lime juice

cup mayo

tsp chipotle chili powder

Instructions
1. Season two chicken breasts with PS Seasoning El Jefe and Spiceology Chile Margarita seasoning. Grill until cooked through. 2. In a bowl, mix together mayo, sour cream, chipotle chili powder, and lime juice. 3. Grill the corn cobs until tender with some char. 4. Slather the mayo mixture generously over the grilled corn. 5. Sprinkle cotija cheese over the coated corn. 6. Cut the corn kernels off the cob. 7. Assemble tacos with grilled chicken, elote, and corn tortillas.View original recipe
