Grilling season is in full swing and we can’t get enough! The only thing that makes this recipe a little harder is that you need to marinate the chicken. Other than that, this is a winner for the whole family!

Cube the chicken and add to a ziploc bag. Mince the garlic and add to a pan with the brown sugar, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, soy sauce, and starch mixture. Heat until desired thickness. Cook and then pour half over the chicken and save the other half for basting! When grilling, flip often and continuously baste until cooked through.
