What you need

cup rice

oz sesame seed

tbsp rice vinegar

cup soy sauce

lb chicken

tsp ground ginger

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp honey

cup water

tsp garlic powder

tbsp corn starch
Instructions
Add the sauce ingredients (Water, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Starch, Garlic Powder, Ground Ginger, Red Pepper Flakes, Honey) to a bowl, stir, and heat in a sauce pan until it thickens. Remove from heat and let cool. Dice the chicken and add to a ziploc bag. Pour over half the sauce and marinate. Skewer the marinated chicken and grill until cooked through. Baste with the remaining sauce when done. Serve with rice, edamame, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.View original recipe
