Hearty Beef Stew

Go figure… it’s another cold Sunday in Wisconsin. Thankfully we have this beef stew to warm us right up. Cooks in about 3 hours, super easy, and you will definitely have a full tummy when you’re done!

What you need

tsp garlic powder
purple potatoes

carrot

yellow onion

dried bay leaves

cup beef broth

tsp red wine vinegar
tbsp vegetable oil

tsp black peppercorn

cup gluten free all purpose flour

Instructions
In a bowl add the flour, pepper, and meat, combine. In a Dutch oven (@madein) heat the oil, add the beef, brown all sides and remove. Add the wine and red wine vinegar and deglaze the pan. In goes the meat, broth bay leaves simmer and then cover for 1.5 hours. Add the onion and carrots, cook for 10 mins. Then the potatoes and a pinch of salt, cook for 30 more.
