What you need

cup hoisin sauce

tbsp water

pork chop

pinch pepper

tsp ginger

pinch salt

tbsp rice vinegar
tbsp fresh garlic
Instructions
For the Pork Chops: Heat sesame oil in a pan. Once the oil is smoking, sear the pork chops until golden on each side and cooked through. For the Hoisin Glaze: In a separate saucepan, mix together the minced garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, water, and hoisin sauce. Simmer the glaze for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Once the pork chops are done, cover them with the prepared hoisin glaze and serve immediately. Suggested sides are fried rice and edamame.View original recipe
