Homemade Beef Jerky

Store-bought jerky is so dang expensive. That’s why I love to just make it at home! It's so easy to do and is one of my favorite snacks (high in protein and delicious!).
Preheat your smoker or oven to 190 degrees. To make slicing the beef easier, you can add to the freezer for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Cut the beef into 1/4” pieces. Add all ingredients into a ziploc bag, shake well to combine, and marinate for 2+ hours (or overnight). Add the marinated beef to your smoker or oven and cook for 3-4 hours! Enjoy!
