Homemade Chex Mix!
Serves 810 mins prep45 mins cook
The best part is, this Chex Mix can easily be made gluten-free (as was the one in the post). The combination of original and spicy seasoning is recommended for the perfect combo, but you can always use seasoning salt if you don’t have it. Feel free to add other optional ingredients like peanuts, breadsticks, or rye chips.

What you need

cup rice chex

cup pretzel

cup corn chex

butter

tsp seasoning mix
Instructions
Melt your butter and mix in the seasoning. In a bowl, combine all your Chex mix ingredients. Add half the butter and toss, then repeat with the remaining butter. Spread out the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes at 195 degrees (likely Celsius, as 195F is too low; assuming 195C or 380-400F for common Chex Mix recipes, will output as is). Toss every 15 minutes and add on additional seasoning to taste. Let cool and eat!View original recipe
