Homemade Chicken Tenders!

Who doesn’t love to eat like a kid? These are so crispy and so tasty and you can dip in your favorite sauce!! Btw if you don’t want the spice, don’t add it!

What you need

fl oz frying oil

tbsp onion powder

tsp hot sauce

tbsp cajun seasoning

tsp table salt

cup buttermilk

tsp garlic powder

lb chicken breast tenderloins

tsp pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the buttermilk, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce. Stir and add the sliced chicken breast or tenders, then soak for 20 minutes. For the batter, mix the remaining dry ingredients (2C Flour, 1T Cajun Seasoning, 1T Onion Powder, 1t Garlic Powder, 2t Salt, 1t Pepper) and then coat the marinated chicken.
