Homemade Chili

It’s raining, it’s cold, and both my sports teams lost this weekend…. I needed some chili to warm my soul. Give it a try if you want! My recipe makes a full pot, good for 6-8 people!! And yes, I put pasta in my chili, do you??

What you need

jalapeno

oz tomato juice

tsp cayenne

tsp salt

celery

black beans

kidney beans

lb ground beef

yellow onion

garlic

black peppercorn

shredded cheddar

oz garbanzo beans

sour cream

tsp chili powder

elbow pasta

oz pasta sauce
Instructions
In a pot, add the beef and break into chunks. Add the onion, celery, and garlic and cook for around 5 mins. Add the beans, jalapeño, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato juice, and spices. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer all afternoon! Make sure to check in and add spices as needed. Build and eat!View original recipe
