What you need

cup flour

cup powdered sugar

cup brown sugar

yeast

oz unsalted butter

tbsp vanilla frosting

tbsp milk

tsp vanilla extract

tsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp ground cinnamon

tsp xanthan gum
egg

cup sugar
Instructions
For the rolls: In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the sugar, warm milk, and yeast, mix well, and let rest for 5 minutes. Add the remaining dough ingredients (melted butter, apple cider vinegar, xantham gum, baking soda, and flour) and fold until a dough is formed. Cover the dough and let it rise in a 100-degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour. For the filling: In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well mixed. Assemble and bake: Once the dough has risen, spread it into a rectangle shape. Evenly spread the filling over the dough. Carefully roll the dough into a log, then cut it into individual rolls. Place the cut rolls into a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. For the frosting: While the rolls are baking or cooling, combine the softened butter, vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth. Finish: Let the baked cinnamon rolls rest for a bit, then generously frost them. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
