Shred the potatoes, and squeeze to drain out the juice. Mix in all the ingredients, adding 2-4 tablespoons of flour per desired thickness. Heat some oil in a pan, add some mixture, and cook for 3-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until golden brown. Enjoy!View original recipe
