Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon w/ Roasted Cauliflower For all you salmon lovers out there, this one is a great weeknight option. Easy to make, packed with flavor, kid friendly. They even ate the cauliflower!!

What you need

head cauliflower

slice lemon

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp lemon juice
salmon fillet

tbsp fresh garlic

tbsp olive oil

cup honey
pinch salt
tbsp vegetable oil

cup soy sauce
Instructions
For the Glaze: Mix 1/3C Honey, 1/4C Soy Sauce, 2T Lemon Juice, and 1t Red Pepper Flakes together and set aside. For the Cauliflower: Chop the cauliflower and toss in a mixing bowl with 2T olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. For the Salmon: Coat salmon with salt and pepper. Heat 2T oil in a pan until hot. Add salmon skin side up and cook for 4-6 minutes until a nice brown sear develops. Flip the salmon. Add 3T Garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove the salmon from the pan. To Finish: Add the prepared glaze sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer for 3 minutes. Add the salmon back into the pan and start spooning the glaze over the top. As the sauce continues to thicken, remove from heat. Garnish with lemon slices.View original recipe
