Honey Garlic Pork Chops

What you need

Instructions
1 Place pork chops on cutting board, cover with plastic wrap, and tenderize on both sides 2 Season the pork with the salt, pepper and garlic and heat the oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Pre heat the oven to low broil 3 Once the oil is hot, add the pork and sear on both sides until nice and golden (4-5mins per side). Once done, transfer to a plate and set aside 4 Reduce the heat to medium , melt the butter and add in the garlic cooking until fragrant (30 seconds) 5 Add the honey and water and increase the heat back to medium high. Continue to cook until the sauce has reduced by about half (3 minutes) 6 Add the pork back to the pan and baste it generously with the sauce. Broil on low for 3-4 minutes or until the edges are nice and crispy 7 Serve with any veggie and starch of your choice! (we did honey asparagus and mashed potatoes)! Enjoy!View original recipe
