Honey Garlic Salmon

What you need

salmon
unsalted butter

garlic

honey

soy sauce

sriracha

lemon

broccoli

extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cut the salmon and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a bowl add the oil, water, soy sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, honey, and garlic. In a pan heat the butter. Once melted add the sauce. Stir and bring to a boil. Add the salmon, cook for 3 minutes and continually baste. Add to the broiler for 5-6 minutes (until desired doneness). Pair with your favorite sides and eat!
