What you need

tbsp brown sugar

tsp ground ginger

cup soy sauce

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

cup panko breadcrumbs

cup sake

tsp table salt

lb ground beef

fl oz cooking oil
Instructions
For the meatballs: Mix the ground beef, garlic powder, ground ginger, panko, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Form the mixture into balls. Cook the meatballs with oil in a pan until browned and cooked through. For the sauce: In a separate pan, combine 1 cup of soy sauce, oyster sauce, sake, and brown sugar. Heat in the pan to thicken.
