What you need

Instructions
For the Beef: In a blender, add the soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, date syrup (or honey), and sesame oil, then blend together to create the sauce. In a pan, cook the ground beef and red onion for 5 minutes. Add the blended sauce to the pan and cook until caramelized (another 6-8 minutes). For the Rice: Combine the cooked rice and rice vinegar. For the Cabbage: Combine the shredded red cabbage, lime juice, and sesame oil. For the Spicy Mayo: Combine the mayo, sriracha, and lime juice. Build the components in a bowl, adding optional toppings like a fried egg, thinly sliced carrots, green onion, avocado, and sesame seeds, then enjoy!View original recipe
