Korean Short Ribs

As you can tell from many previous posts, we are big fans of short ribs (and love trying new variations of them). These ones did. It disappoint and will be added into the rotation!

What you need

cup oregano

light-brown sugar

ginger

lb short ribs

crushed red pepper

pinch sesame seed

beef broth

sesame oil

rice vinegar
cornstarch

garlic

red onion

black peppercorn
Instructions
In a bowl mix everything together besides the water and starch. In your slow cooker add the ribs, the slice onion, and pour over the mixture. Cook on low for 8-10 Hours or high for 4-6 hours (depending on the rib thickness!). With about 44 minutes left mix the starch and water and add in to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce. We served with rice and roasted broccoli and topped with sesame seeds!View original recipe
