Lasagna Roll Ups

Perfect Sunday dinner for the entire family! The nice thing about these is you can customize the ingredients for whatever anyone wants. If the kids don’t like mushrooms, only put them in yours. Everyone is happy and full!

What you need

cup fresh spinach

oz lasagna noodles

cup shredded mozzarella
egg

oz ricotta cheese

oz pasta sauce
mushrooms
lb sausage
Instructions
Cook the sausage, mushrooms, and spinach. Boil the noodles until barely al dente. In a bowl mix the ricotta, egg, 1/2C mozzarella, and pepper. Add in the sausage, mushrooms and spinach and mix together. Lay out the lasagna, spread on some mixture and roll it up. In a baking dish add some pasta sauce and the lasagna rolls. Top with more sauce and the remaining mozzarella. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes with foil on, remove and bake another 15 minutes. Enjoy!View original recipe
