Lemon Butter Pork Chops!

My family doesn’t always like pork chops, but these had everyone licking their plate clean!

What you need

tsp salt & pepper

cup plain flour
tbsp vegetable oil

bone-in pork chops

clove garlic clove
lemon
Instructions
Tenderize your pork chops if you would like. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and then dredge in flour. Cook in the oil until golden and then flip. Remove once almost cooked through. Melt the butter and cook the garlic for 30 seconds. Squeeze in the lemon juice and simmer for 2 mins. Add the pork chops back to finish cooking. Spoon butter over the top.
