Lemon Chicken Alfredo Pasta

This one is a must make if you are an Alfredo fan. The lemon transported me to warmer weather and everyone’s tummies were happy!

What you need

parmesan cheese
unsalted butter
heavy cream

onion powder

tbsp olive oil

skinless boneless chicken breast

garlic powder

garlic

Instructions
Pound the chicken to 1/2” thick, drizzle on the oil and coat both sides of the chicken with the seasoning! Heat a pan with oil and cook til golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through. Remove and tent with foil Boil the pasta til Al dente. In the same pan used for the chicken, add the butter and melt. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream and add the lemon zest. Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes and then remove the heat. Add the lemon juice and Parmesan. Stir well, then toss in the pasta.
