A little spicy, a little sweet, and most all super simple to make! I used wild caught Alaskan salmon for this cook and I think you all need to give it a try!

What you need

pepper

clove garlic clove

tsp red pepper flake
lemon

lb salmon

cup honey

cup soy sauce

tbsp lemon juice
tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. In a pan, heat 2T oil and then add the salmon skin side up. Cook until a nice crust is formed (about 5-6 minutes) then flip. Add the remaining oil and the garlic, cook for 30 secs. Pour in the sauce and after it reduces slightly, coat the salmon. Remove once cooked to liking. We served it with rice and edamame!View original recipe
