Lemon Parmesan Ravioli

What you need

bunch asparagus

tsp red pepper flake

clove garlic clove

tbsp butter

cup white wine

tsp dried thyme
lemon

tsp salt & pepper

cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Boil water and cook your ravioli. In the meantime add the butter to a pan. Once melted, add the garlic and cook for a minute. Add the lemon juice, wine, thyme, S&P. Bring to simmer an add the asparagus. After 3-5 minutes turn off the heat and add the Parmesan. Once melted add the ravioli and toss. Top with red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and more Parmesan!View original recipe
