Louisiana Chicken Pasta

When I used to work at Cheesecake Factory long ago, this was probably my favorite dish. Obviously had to create a copycat recipe for all of you to enjoy as well!

What you need

white mushrooms

yellow onion

bell pepper

tbsp unsalted butter
lb whole-wheat pasta

cup chicken broth

cup whipped cream

tsp crushed red pepper

tsp cajun seasoning
vegetable oil

brown egg

pepper

iodized salt

cup parmesan cheese

breadcrumb

cup gluten free all purpose flour

skinless boneless chicken breast
Instructions
Combine the seasonings for the chicken on a plate. Halve you chicken breasts, dunk in eggs, seasoning, eggs, seasoning and fry in oil until golden crisp and cooked through. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Boil your pasta till 2 mins before Al dente. In pan, add butter and veggies cook till softened and remove. Add the pasta, the sauce and the veggies and bring to a simmer until sauce thickens. Top with chicken and eat!View original recipe
